Methodology / Méthodologie

WUSC will be working in partnership with each of the four national NGOs to design capacity building strategies based on their current needs and available resources, as well as the potential to mobilize new resources. These plans will be in line with NACA’s NSF II and National Operational Plan as well as the National Capacity Building Strategic Framework for Botswana HIV and AIDS Service Organizations. WUSC will then work with each organization to develop a detailed one year plan that fully integrates gender considerations in both institutional and program spheres. WUSC will then recruit volunteer Organizational Development Advisors who will develop capacity building workshops, while the overall approach to the project balances curriculum-based trainings and targeted consulting with the on-the-job coaching, dedicated mentoring and role-modeling through peer networks that help organizations put trainings to practice—elements that are key to helping organizations connect the dots and to best employ their capacities in service of their mission.

Objectives / Objectifs
